How We Ship

Gear (posters, phone cases, apparel, etc.)
These items are made-to-order and usually head out in 2–5 business days after you place your order.

Vinyl Records (shipped by us)
We pack and ship vinyls ourselves within 3–5 business days. Expect a little extra care in the packaging — records are our thing.

Shipping Times

U.S. orders usually land in 3–7 business days once they’re on the road.

International orders can take 7–21 business days depending on customs and where you’re located.

Shipping Costs

Rates are shown at checkout.

Heads up: if you order vinyl + Printful merch together, you’ll probably get two packages and two tracking numbers.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.

Delays & Lost Packages

Sometimes shipping carriers or customs slow things down — that’s out of our hands. But if your package is way overdue:

Gear: hit us up within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim.

Vinyl orders: reach out within 30 days and we’ll work with you to make it right.
