Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

๐Ÿ“ฆ General Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for vinyl records.

We do not charge restocking fees on any items.

๐Ÿ› (Phone Cases, Posters, Apparel, etc.)

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, misprinted, or lost in transit.

Any claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages).

If the error is on our part, the replacement or refund will be covered at our expense.

๐Ÿ’ฟ Vinyl Records

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers must provide return shipping.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

๐Ÿšš Shipping Issues

Wrong Address โ€“ If an order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once a valid address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Packages โ€“ Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of sealed goods that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., face masks).

Personalized/custom products may not be eligible for return.

๐ŸŒ EU Customers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Goods made to the consumerโ€™s specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
